Federico Ferrando: A 4th generation Marine Surveyor. Born and raised in Genova, Italy, The Cradle of the Marine Industry Worldwide.

His early extensive involvement in sailing and his participation to competitions across Europe, developed his early passion and hands on knowledge and appreciation for Life at Sea.
In a town where one can embrace marine life and Mediterranean views at the same time, he heard the early call for a career in the industry, and graduated from the Genoa University with a major in Nautical Engineering and a minor in Architecture.
At a very early stages of his post graduate experience he started immediately working close to European Shipyards, and later on, the knowledge and experience gained, lead him to continue his career in the U.S.

Sebastian Rodriguez: Started his journey in the Marine Industry when he decided to move to Italy to study Nautical Engineering.

Immediately after completing his degree, he started working in the Service Department of Ferretti Group, in La Spezia, Italy. He worked as Service Manager for four years before being transferred to the Fort Lauderdale branch. He used the product know-how cultured while working at one of the leading production facilities in the industry and integrated it with his customer service skills to cover, for more than five years, the needs and demands of the mature clientele in the American market. He then worked as Head of Service and Fleet Manager for Sanlorenzo of the Americas, where he successfully ran the Service, Fleet and Delivery Operations for three years. His dedication, honesty and experience for more than a decade has made of him a well-rounded professional who is well respected in the industry.

Proficient in Mega Yacht surveying, adept at project management, and well-versed in overseeing the construction of large custom vessels, along with comprehensive boat building management skills.

Extensive global exposure in sales and marketing, particularly in the domain of high-volume luxury craft. My acumen extends to Business Development and Industrial Risk Management, ensuring a well-rounded approach to market dynamics.
